- 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)

- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala

🍳 Instructions
- Prepare Fish: Clean and pat dry the fish fillets. Make shallow cuts on the fillets for better marination absorption.
