  • 500 g carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1 liter full-fat milk
  • 4–5 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 3–4 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
  • 8–10 cashews
  • 8–10 almonds, chopped
  • 4–5 green cardamom pods, powdered
  • Raisins (optional)

  3. Add Sugar & Spices: Stir in sugar and cardamom powder. Cook for another 5–10 minutes until mixture thickens and ghee separates.
  4. Garnish: Add chopped nuts and raisins. Mix well and cook for 2–3 more minutes.
  5. Serve: Serve warm or chilled, optionally topped with a dollop of ghee.
