🧂 Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), washed and chopped
- 1–2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee

- Prepare Dough: Mix flour, fenugreek leaves, cumin seeds, salt, and green chilies. Add water gradually to form soft dough. Rest 10–15 minutes.
