For the Dough
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- Water as needed
- 1 tsp oil
- Pinch of salt
For the Filling
- 200g paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled
- 1–2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
🍳 Instructions
- Prepare Dough: Mix flour, salt, and oil. Add water gradually to form soft, smooth dough. Rest 15–20 minutes.
- Prepare Filling: Mix crumbled paneer with green chilies, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, and fresh coriander.
- Stuff Paratha: Roll small portion of dough into a circle, place filling in center, fold edges, and roll gently into a flatbread.
- Cook: Heat tawa or skillet. Cook paratha on medium flame, applying a little oil/ghee, until golden and crisp on both sides.
